·         Train and develop a cadre of Senior Leaders to oversee all church missions & operations as part of our succession planning.

·         Identify & develop leaders in the area of mentoring and coaching of potential leaders as part of succession planning

·         Develop Leaders/ potential Leaders in the area of Counselling and provide practical experience in ministry.

·         Enhance learning opportunities to every member by making learning more accessible and identifying and developing each person’s gifting.

·         Develop a pathway to spiritual maturity for all individuals of all ages that will guide our efforts to encourage spiritual formation and help our members to grown into fully devoted followers of God
